About Seungjoo Choi
I'm Seungjoo Choi. I lead operations at a B2B food-distribution company in Korea. I am not a software engineer. Since 2025 I have been building and running Claude Code bots that do real work for the company every day: logging customer claims from chat transcripts, sending monthly statements, watching Slack channels for errors, pricing products from market data, and more.
This site is my operating log. Every post includes at least one of: a real cost figure, a real screenshot, or a real failure. Company and customer details are anonymised, but the numbers are what actually happened.
